Every approach begins long before we say hello. It begins in the relationship we have with ourselves. Whether we long for friendship, a meaningful conversation, a dance, intimacy, romance, or simply a moment of genuine connection, there is nothing wrong with desire. The invitation is not to change what we want, but to become honest about it.
Can my energy faithfully communicate my intention?

Too often, we approach others with an energy that doesn't reflect what we truly wish to offer. We seek connection while protecting ourselves, desire intimacy while hiding behind performance, or long to be seen while concealing who we are. When our intention and our presence speak different languages, genuine connection becomes more difficult.
This workshop is an invitation to explore the relationship between your inner world and the energy you bring into your encounters with others.

Through movement, reflection, and shared experiences, we'll become curious about the qualities we embody when we meet another human being—whether at a social gathering, on a first date, in the supermarket, or in everyday life.
Together, we'll explore the light and shadow qualities of the various energetic facets within us all, and how they express themselves through courage and receptivity, pursuit and invitation, holding and nurturing, strength and tenderness. Rather than asking which qualities are right or wrong, we'll explore a different question:

Which quality is needed in this moment, and is that the one I'm embodying?
This is not about learning techniques or finding the perfect words. It is about cultivating a relationship with yourself that allows your intention, your energy, and your actions to move in the same direction.

Come as you are, and discover what becomes possible when your energy becomes a faithful expression of your intention.
