“Tentative Tenderness” is an experiential workshop that invites you to explore the art of softening in safe, respectful, and grounded ways. Through touch, awareness practices, and relational presence, we’ll learn how to meet ourselves and one another with sensitivity and integrity. This is a space to rediscover the warmth of human connection – the kind that requires no fixing, no proving, only openness and care.
Through guided exercises, reflective movement, and shared exploration, we will explore:
Soft Strength: Understanding tenderness as a form of courage – a way of being that reflects emotional maturity, not weakness.
Embodied Presence: Learning to listen through the body, cultivating awareness in our hands, breath, and nervous system.
Consent and Boundaries: Practicing clear communication around touch and connection, rooted in mutual respect and personal agency.
Sensitivity and Attunement: Developing the ability to sense, feel, and respond without overwhelm or withdrawal.
Relational Warmth: Rediscovering the ease and comfort of human contact – the kind that nurtures trust, belonging, and emotional safety.
This workshop invites moments of stillness, play, curiosity, and unexpected joy. When we dare to bring softness to ourselves and to each other, something profound shifts – inside us, and in the world around us.
Come gently. Leave more connected, more open, and more attuned to the quiet power of your own tender heart.
