Across three hours, we work with the foundations of human experience—sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste—not as ideas, but as direct, lived sensation. Through these gateways, we explore the physical, mental, and energetic layers of the male body.

This is not about performance.
It’s about presence.

THE PRACTICE

You’ll be guided through solo, partner, and group exercises, each designed to awaken sensitivity and deepen awareness.

We work simply.
We work honestly.
We let the body lead.

As the senses open, energy begins to move—individually and collectively. There is space here to connect, to feel, and to meet others without masks, roles, or expectations.

You are invited to arrive:

• Without strong scents or perfumes

• Open to respectful connection with other men in the space
