Second workshop in my new Humankind series, for all humans to come and explore many of the very subjects that make us human.
Grief, when shared, can become a bridge to healing. In this tender and supportive circle, we'll explore the many faces of loss—personal, ancestral, and collective—making space for sorrow to move, soften, and transform. Through guided reflection, storytelling, movement, and simple ritual, we'll welcome tears, silence, laughter, and everything in between. Together, we'll discover that grief and love are deeply connected, each inviting us to meet ourselves and one another with compassion.
Every human experiences loss in different ways. Whether we have lost loved ones, relationships, dreams, a sense of belonging, or parts of ourselves, grief often asks to be acknowledged rather than carried alone. Yet many of us have learned to hide our pain, believing we should move on quickly or face it in isolation. This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, honour your own experience, and discover the quiet strength that can emerge when we allow ourselves to be seen and supported.
Together we'll give voice to what has remained unspoken, gently honour what has been lost, and explore how sharing our stories can deepen connection, resilience, and compassion. Rather than trying to fix or overcome grief, we'll create space to meet it with openness and care, allowing it to become part of our ongoing journey with greater understanding and love.
Come as you are. Leave with a lighter heart, a deeper connection to yourself and others, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing you don't have to carry grief alone.
