    Step onto the mat and into your body with this energising Vinyasa Flow designed to wake up your whole system—gently, playfully, powerfully.

    We'll flow with intention, breathe with awareness, and build heat that nourishes from the inside out. Expect uplifting music, feel-good movement, and a space that welcomes every body—whether you're brand new or a seasoned yogi.

  • Heart-full Hatha 10:00-11:15

    A Gentle Journey Back to Your Heart

    In this nurturing workshop, I invite you to soften, slow down, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your heart. Through grounding Hatha postures, breath awareness, and gentle meditative pauses, we’ll create space—for feeling, for healing, and for simply being.

    This is a space for all levels, all bodies, and all hearts. Whether you're feeling tender, open, guarded, or curious—you are welcome, just as you are.

  • Intro De-Armouring 11:45-13:00

    Softening the Body. Releasing the Past. Returning to You.

    We all carry armour—layers of tension, holding, and emotional residue stored deep within our bodies. This introductory workshop offers a gentle yet powerful approach to body dearmouring, using the Melting Method: a slow, respectful form of touch-based bodywork that invites your system to let go, layer by layer.

    Through conscious presence, breath, and sensitive hands-on techniques, we’ll create a space where the body feels safe enough to melt—releasing held emotions, softening trauma responses, and reconnecting you to your natural aliveness.

    💧 What to expect:

    • Guided somatic practices to explore body tension & energetic shields

    • Partnered touch (with consent) to access deeper layers of release

    • Tools for emotional unwinding & nervous system regulation

    • A deeply held space rooted in safety, consent, and compassion

    No experience needed—just a willingness to meet yourself with tenderness.

  • Lunch break 13:00-14:00 - option of homecooked meal

  • Divine Self - D.A 14:00-15:30

    Moving towards understanding your divinity. Releasing the past and stepping into your light.

    Continued work with Dearmouring, self appreciation and devotional worship of the sacred Divine Self. A practice of self-acceptance and love.

    These exercises can be very emotional, they can feel soft and loving, sometimes they are less comfortable, as they move us forward, they can play on many feelings and emotions.

    Through conscious presence, breath, and sensitive hands-on techniques, we’ll create a space where the body feels safe enough to melt—releasing held emotions, softening trauma responses, and reconnecting you to your natural aliveness.

    Attendance in: Intro to Dearmouring preferred but not required.

  • Abun-DANCE 16:00-17:00

    Moving the Body. Releasing judgement and letting loose.

    You’re invited to move with and in your body, in any way you like. Free-form dance can help us look deeper into ourselves, feel more free and let us have some fun, play-time for adults basically.

    Bring Abundance by moving and embodying all of your emotions and desires, according to your level of comfort of course.

  • Yin Look Within 17:15-18:30

    Landing mind & Body. Integrating and letting physical tensions melt.

    A nourishing and softening Yin Yoga session, whatever you bring, you can leave on the mat. Meaning, any tensions or feelings can be melted into the earth accompanied by breath and body work.

    A gentle ending or beginning, for whatever journey you are on, filled with love, compassion and presence for your body, mind and soul
